John Kelly, a Limerick City native who has made Tipperary Town his home would describe himself as a hobby artist and crafter who has dabbled in many different art forms over the years.
From watercolour and acrylic painting to crochet and polymer clay pieces, John has tried them all but a running theme that connects each one is texture and dimension. These days his favourite things to create are acrylic paintings that he cuts up into geometric shapes and re-forms into three dimensional framed art pieces.

John believes that creating art is the best form of therapy. It allows you to switch off from everyday life and immerse yourself in something that brings joy to yourself and others.
