We are Tipperary Arts (TARTS) an arts collective based in Tipperary Town and we are opening our Arts Hub on July 18th. We will be hosting a myriad of workshops, open mic nights, exhibitions and crafts for the community to engage in creativity and share the rich talent that is apparent in our county.
